The application is done online - you let us know which unit you are interested in and we will email the application link to you. Once the application of all applicants 18+ are in, we will run a credit and background check on all applicants. Once approved we will send you a lease to sign online. The deposit is due 1 week after lease signing and the 1st month of prorated rent is due before move-in day.

Water/sewer, trash service and parking are included in the monthly rental price.

Residents are responsible for setting up and paying their own electric bill each month. Internet and cable is also paid by the resident.

When you apply to the apartment you will create an online account with our property management software. This account will give you access to our maintenance request system and you will submit any and all issues here. Our super cool and awesome facilities manager and maintenance crew will then come by when it is convenient for you, and fix the issue!

Rent can always be paid through our online portal system. Same place you submit maintenance requests.

Residents can pay with money orders, checks or use the online portal which accepts credit/debit or echeck. Credit and debit have a small fee associated with them, but echeck is totally free and how most residents pay.

YES! Each unit get’s one parking space.

The security deposit is equal to one month of rent. Depending on the apartment you rent, the deposit will be equal to one monthly payment of rent.
